Application status
How can I check my application status?
There are three ways to track your application status:
1. In your account: Log in to your personal cabinet and go to “Exchange History” to view your request number, date/time, and current status. A status of “Executed” means your exchange is complete and funds have been sent.
2. Without registration: Access your request information directly from the exchange page. If the information seems outdated, refresh the page by pressing F5.
3. Email notifications: All status updates are automatically sent to your registered email address, providing an alternative tracking method if you cannot access the website.
