Unreceived funds
I’ve paid for my application, but haven’t received the funds in my account. Why?
There are several possible reasons for this issue. To ensure successful completion of your exchange, verify that:
- Your transfer details are correct. Incorrect information may result in an “Error” status, and you’ll receive an email explaining the problem.
- You’ve carefully reviewed all information before creating your application. Exchanges processed with incorrect details cannot be refunded.
- Your account has been properly debited. Without confirmation of debit, your request won’t be processed.
- There are no blockchain delays affecting your transfer. In such cases, we cannot expedite the process and must wait for network confirmation.
