You wait for a swap refund in You receive. That payout wallet is usually the wrong place. A Bitsz return is a new on-chain send of the deposit asset on the deposit network, not a cancel of the original TxID. Copy the original sender From. Confirm it can take the same ticker on the same network. Stop if that From is a CEX hot wallet. Then you know where coins should land.

Quick answer: Use this swap refund return address same network checklist before you move coins. Terms 6.5 may refuse a request and return coins to the sender’s address with no extra fee. Live Terms add that this refund is manual and may take up to 68 hours. Watch the original From on the deposit network. Do not watch You receive. Do not invent a refund box. If From is a CEX hot wallet, recovery is not guaranteed.

Bitsz is an instant crypto exchange (homepage: established 2023). The live widget lists You send, You receive, Network, Floating or Fixed rate, Recipient’s address, and Exchange. A ticker is the coin code (USDT). The Network chip is the chain: TRC-20 (Tether on Tron, T addresses) or ERC-20 (Ethereum, 0x). Recipient’s address is the payout, not the return path.

There is no refund field on that homepage widget. Do not draw one from a convert guide. A TxID is the hash of one on-chain send. The first deposit TxID stays in the explorer even if coins later come back. Terms of Use 6.5 is a possible refuse-and-return to the sender, not a payout to You receive.

How to treat a refund as a new on-chain send, not a TxID cancel

Две колонки Bitsz: исходный sender From против payout-кошелька You receive

A return is a new send to the original sender.

A return is a second payment of the same asset on the same network: a new hash. Do treat it that way. Do not wait for the first TxID to reverse or land in You receive.

On Bitsz, the default destination is the sender’s address (Terms 6.5). Exchanges are processed in 30 minutes to 72 hours. The platform may refuse a request and return coins to that sender with no extra fee. Live Terms say the refund is manual and may take up to 68 hours.

Point Original sender (Terms 6.5) You receive payout CEX hot wallet From
What it is From on the deposit TxID Recipient’s address The shared wallet the CEX used to send
Asset and network Same as You send Destination asset and network Withdrawal chain, not your CEX deposit page
Can it receive the return? Yes if you control it on the same ticker and network Usually no on a cross-chain pair Often no auto-credit; not guaranteed
Widget field None by default Recipient’s address None

How a return actually moves:

First the original deposit stays on-chain. Then, if Bitsz refuses the request, a new send of the same ticker can leave toward the sender. Next you check that new hash on the same network explorer.

Do: match You send ticker plus the Network chip as the return chain. Do not: paste You receive as a safer refund wallet on a cross-chain pair. Wrong addresses stay on you (Terms 2.5 and 6.3).

How to copy the original sender From on the same network

Три чипа Bitsz: открыть эксплорер, скопировать From, сверить ту же сеть

Copy the full From on the deposit explorer.

The source of truth is the deposit explorer, not a CEX address book. Open the explorer for this order’s Network chip. Bitcoin: mempool.space. Ethereum and ERC-20: etherscan.io. Tron and TRC-20: tronscan.org. Paste the full deposit TxID, then copy the full From string.

  1. Copy the deposit TxID from the live order screen, not from chat.
  2. Open the explorer that matches this order’s Network chip.
  3. Paste the full hash and wait until the page shows the send.
  4. Copy the full From address. Do not copy a shortened 0x12…89ab string.
  5. Check that this address, or the sending CEX, can receive the same ticker on that same network.
  6. Stop if a TRC-20 From starts with T and someone tells you to refund on ERC-20 0x, or the reverse.

USDT on TRC-20 is not USDT on ERC-20. Same ticker, different chains, different address shapes. Do make sure the return chain equals the deposit chain. Do not paste a payout string just because both start with 0x. Start with the From you used.

Do: keep Order ID, deposit TxID, From, Network chip, ticker, amount, and the explorer URL in one note. Do not: reuse last week’s unique Bitsz deposit as a return address. That string is where you paid this order (Terms 2.4), not where Bitsz should send coins back.

How to stop on a CEX hot wallet or an invented refund field

Чеклист Bitsz: CEX hot wallet, нет поля refund, остановиться

Stop on a CEX hot wallet or invented field.

A CEX is a centralized exchange with a login and a Deposit page. When you withdraw to Bitsz, the From is often that CEX’s hot wallet: a shared sending wallet, not your deposit address. Binance says that withdrawal From is a hot wallet and recovery is not guaranteed. Do not import another exchange’s fee table as a Bitsz rule.

What you see Do Do not
Waiting on You receive after a refused swap Watch the send chain and original From Treat Recipient’s address as the refund destination
From is a wallet you control Confirm same ticker and network Invent a widget refund field
From is a CEX withdrawal / hot wallet Save Order ID and both TxIDs; write Bitsz and that CEX Assume the CEX auto-credits

Do classify From before you try to help the return. Do not paste You receive, a CEX deposit page, or a one-time withdrawal you cannot receive on. If the live Bitsz order has no refund field, that is expected. Avoid a second deposit “to speed a refund”. A delay is not a Bitsz balance (Terms 2.6).

How to paste a same-network return address only if official support asks

Do not invent a replacement for the original sender. If nobody asked, Terms 6.5 still points at the sender. Paste a new address only when official Bitsz support, or a live Fixed-rate decline-to-float path, explicitly asks for a return address.

Fixed rate (Terms 2.2.1) uses a 1% fee plus network fee and freezes the rate for 12 minutes. If the market moves more than 1.3% before the deposit is detected on-chain, you are offered a refund or to continue at market rate. That offer may ask where to return the deposit asset. Use 2.2.1 only if this order actually used Fixed. Fixed can be temporarily unavailable in the widget.

If you are asked, paste a wallet you control for the same ticker and network as the deposit. Never paste You receive, a CEX deposit, or another chain. Do not send a new personal address unsolicited. API docs mention refundAddress only for fixed-rate when the user declines floating, or if the deposit is invalid. That is not a widget step. Do not build a refund box from API docs.

How to match the return TxID, then pick the right checklist

When a return TxID appears, verify four fields on the matching explorer before you move coins. This page is about where coins go, not how much you sent.

  1. Check the asset: same ticker as You send, not the You receive coin.
  2. Check the network: same Network chip as the deposit, not the payout chain.
  3. Check the destination: the original From, or the same-network address support asked for.
  4. Check the amount: expect a network fee on the return send.
  5. If the hash is missing or From is a CEX hot wallet, send one official packet.

Write official support once at bitsz.io/support or support@bitsz.io. Include Order ID, deposit TxID, any return TxID, From, Network chip, ticker, amount, and explorer URLs. If a CEX controls From, open that exchange’s official recovery in parallel. Recovery is not guaranteed. Do not file the case in t.me/bitsz_io. Do not send a seed phrase.

If the problem is how much you sent, use the amount-mismatch checklist. If this order’s timer died versus broadcast, use the expired-after-deposit checklist. If status is processing or AML, use the stuck swap status checklist. AML 5% is not this destination fee. If the deposit left on another network, use the wrong-network guide. If you paid last week’s unique deposit, use the one-time address reuse checklist.

After the case is closed or Finished, open a fresh order on the Bitsz widget. Copy a new unique deposit. Do not reuse the last pay-to string. Do not add a homemade refund field.

FAQ

Does a Bitsz refund go to my payout wallet?

No. Terms 6.5 returns coins to the sender’s address. Watch the deposit network and the original From, not You receive.

Can I give a new personal address instead of the original sender?

Do not invent a replacement. Paste a new address only if official support or the Fixed 1.3% refund-or-market path asks. Same ticker, same network, a wallet you control.

What if I withdrew from Binance or another CEX?

The deposit From is usually that exchange’s hot wallet, not your CEX deposit address. A return there may not credit. Save Order ID and both TxIDs. Write Bitsz and that exchange’s official recovery. Recovery is not guaranteed.

Is a refund address the same as the You receive field?

No. You receive is the payout. A return is the deposit asset on the deposit network. Do not paste the payout string as a return address.

The widget has no refund box. Should I add one?

No. The live widget lists You send, You receive, Network, Floating or Fixed, and Recipient’s address. If nobody asked, the return path is the sender (Terms 6.5).

Does Terms 6.5 guarantee a full refund?

No. It may refuse a request and return coins to the sender with no extra fee. Live Terms add that this refund is manual and may take up to 68 hours. Address errors stay on you (Terms 2.5, 6.3).

Is the AML 5% / 7 business days the fee for this return?

No. That path sits in the AML policy after a positive AML review. If the order is in AML or KYC, use the stuck-status checklist. Do not apply 5% to a destination check.
